Yup. I run them on about everything. Amazing tires. Local shop checked every warehouse around and no one has the 225/45/17.

Had a set on the Evo last year for the "Snowpocalypse" we had down here. They did great, aside from on sheet ice. They also hold down 400 awhp on a wet road in 1st gear, so I give them major props. The best all-season I've ever had.

I sure hope so. This is the third tire we've had nails in due to home construction. the first two were patchable and I didn't care about it so much, and it really could have been rails from anywhere. This one went flat on my wife's GTI and blew out on the way to work this morning, so it's toast. Plus, those are obviously from a nail gun and I'm a bit pissed about it.

Not that I'd try to patch 4 holes in a row like that, but the sidewall gave out and blew after the pressure went out.

Ask an audi dealer very nicely for a gently used one. That is a common size for Audi and the dealers replace all 4 when only 2 are bad. It will get you through the backorder.
I put 17s on my S10 so I wouldn't have to buy tires again. I didn't purchase tires for about 7 years.

DWS are great tires.
Same thing happened to me when I was visiting my folks driving my moms car, I'm stupid and didn't have the contractors pay for it (had it patched).

Haha, unfortunately I myself am down to 3 after a nasty pothole encounter ruptured one of mine last winter. Luckily I had kept 2 of the Goodyears that the Contis replaced so I just slapped one of those on until I replace all 4 later this year.
Couldn't justify spending money on a brand new tire when the remaining 3 only had a year or so left in them.

Yea, I did that last year with these. They might have 7000 on the set. That's one reason I'm ticked about losing this one.

E90 front tire? DWS seem to be the winter tire of choice. I went with all seasons in VA because of the lack of real sustained snow most winters, but are the DWS worth the hype in your opinion?
